"Work Hacks for Women on the Move"
Do you feel overwhelmed by all the rings, pings and buzzes?Marcey-03_web-sm

Are you suffering from FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) when it comes to Social Media?

Does your calendar hate your To-Do list so they never seem to work together?

Staying organized when you are always on the move can be challenging, especially when your entire team consists of - YOU! As a business traveler for a decade, I know how hard it is to try to stay organized.  I'll teach you the hacks I've learned and give you some new tools regarding the science of 'tasking', management for time, to-do lists, email and receipt tracking as well as the apps that might change your life!

Marcey Rader specializes in coaching individuals who work in mobile environments to be more productive and healthy so they can work well and play more! She has a background in corporate training, productivity, efficiencies and work hacking and was a road warrior for twelve years in the clinical research industry. Her degree in Exercise Physiology and NASM Personal Fitness Trainer certification helped her to organize her time to train for 30+ triathlons (including two Ironman), 20+ 6-30 hour adventure races (including two National Championships), several ultra-trail running and ultra-mountain bike races, qualify for the Boston Marathon, as well as hike the Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim. She is a Certified Productive Environment Specialist and loves to incorporate work hacking techniques so she can do less and produce more! She has owned or co-owned small businesses for the last nine years. If you need coaching to organize your digital workspace, physical workspace (home or office), travel workspace and health workspace, Marcey is your one-stop shop!

Marcey is passionate about helping those in a mobile environment find focus in the workplace and life by learning new habits and behaviors that will empower them to control their environment. Her goal is to help road warriors get control over their information, time and technology to boost productivity, increase profits and improve their health. She believes you can’t be healthy without being productive and you can’t be productive without being healthy! Being mobile isn't part of your job, it is your lifestyle and she knows first hand how hard it is. Her ‘less is more’ attitude means that the power of less results in a more productive you.

Marcey’s favorite quote is “Talk Doesn’t Cook Rice”. Talking about being healthy and more productive will get you nowhere. You have to actually DO something about it! Don’t let your life turn into ‘someday’.

Credentials include: Certified Productive Environment Specialist, Member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, BS in Exercise Science and Wellness, M.Ed. in Health Promotion and Exercise Management, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Prenatal, Sharecare Certified Trainer, DotFit Certified Trainer, Team Vega Athlete, ten years of corporate training, twelve years of business travel.

"Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)"
After over 10,000 hours of working with business owners and their leadership teams, here’s what we've learned – a choice few are getting everything they want from their business but unfortunately, most aren’t.  Most are frustrated and stuck. Many are beating their heads against the wall and can’t quite put their finger on why.  We find that about 5 percent are getting everything they want and 95 percent are stuck.  So you’ve got to ask yourself what’s missing? What makes the difference?

Join us for lunch November 15th and you'll leave with a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools being used by thousands of leadership teams to clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision.

Born in Richmond, raised in Charlotte, and educated in NC State, Brent Sprinkle received his degree in Computer Science but quickly realized that while computers do exactly what you tell them, people….not so much.

Guided by a strong desire to have a major impact, he moved into management and succeeded in leading a number of software and hardware technology development teams ranging in size from 8 to over 800.

As an avid student of leadership with a willingness to “try it and see”, Brent experimented with many techniques, tools, theories and concepts. The school of hard knocks got its name for a reason… but figuring out how to get people in roles they wanted to do and they were good at allowed more time to focus on leadership - a repeatable pattern which resulted in continued success.

As owner and lead guide at TrueNorth Business Navigation, Brent believes that most businesses are on a path but haven't yet found their summit.

Brent believes that most business owners are passionate about what they do, but struggle to convey this passion to their team.

He believes that most employees want to work for a company that shares their values, their core beliefs and that they want to spend every single day doing what they are uniquely qualified to do.

Brent knows how to make these things happen.

"10 Essential Success Practices for a Thriving Business"
In almost every case, the results we’re experiencing in our businesses can be tracked back to our everyday habits.

Unproductive habits can lead to stress, an inefficient use of our time, and a low bank account balance. Yet, successful habits can lead to more money, while working less hours, and an overall sense of peace.

We all have unproductive habits, so you’re not alone! The good news is that you can replace your unproductive habits with new success habits -- just by putting one foot in front of the other. Just by gaining new success habits; one new habit at a time.

I’ve boiled down the “information overload” and keys to business success into 10 Essential Success Practices as a step-by-step roadmap.  Come and learn the Practices you can start implementing in your business right away, for a fun, profitable and well-run business!
